An insurance backed guarantee provides a consumer with valuable protection in the event that we are unable to honour our written guarantee. The insurance backed guarantee underwrites an installer’s workmanship guarantee and provides the consumer with cover for the defined period. Qualitymark Protection insurance backed guarantees are only made available to Qualitymark Protection Accredited Installers and are purchased by us on your behalf.
What Does It Take To Become An Accredited Installer?
All prospective Accredited Installers are required to demonstrate that they are competent, have a solvent business and install products for which they carry the relevant certification or experience. As an Accredited Installer, we are regularly monitored to ensure that we are financially solvent and comply with the Qualitymark Protection Terms of Business Agreement and Quality Assurance Frameworks.
